In the East Broad Top Reborn DVD from Kalmbach you'll see how Pennsylvania's East Broad Top Railroad has been transformed from a totally self-sufficient narrow gauge line in the mountains of Pennsylvania into a premier tourist hauler in 2023 and beyond. The entire property was sold in the 1950s, was brought back to life as a tourist hauler in 1961, but in 2011 it closed and the property was silent for years. Then in 2020, the railroad was purchased by the non-profit East Broad Top Foundation with the goal of reopening the entire railroad once again. Follow Trains magazine's crew and see the rebirth from the opening weekend in 2020 through the return of steam locomotive No. 16 for the Winter Spectacular in 2023! In this DVD, you'll get to see special events like the Winter Spectaculars, a tour of the Rockhill Trolley Museum, volunteers rebuilding the track and buildings, a shop tour, the Robertsdale Museum and an exclusive look at the out of service portion of the railroad.
