"Trackside Around Youngstown 1962-1982" is a railroad-by-railroad tour of railroads serving this steel making center in northeastern Ohio. Many mainline and shortline roads served the steel mills and related industries along the Ohio River during these years including the EL, P&LE, PC, CR, B&O and others, including switching roads owned by the mills. Photographer and railfan Dave McKay captured the action on film and author Stephen Timko has brought it all together with informative captions and text.
